According to the availability of Funds (from our donations received from partnering churches, individuals and businesses) we share to help families in need not greed, with their utilities.

There is usually a $50 limit per individual/family that is paid towards their utility bill.  We require individuals to seek assistance from at least three other sources prior to coming to us.  We partner with other agencies if the amount owed on the bill is too high for any one agency to help with.

The individual is usually required to provide proof that they are really in need, we can use many methods to verify the need (on-line database, phone verify, home visits and other methods).

Able individuals are required to work/volunteer at the rate of $10/hr prior to receiving the approved dollar amount.  Example: If we are going to pay $50 towards a utility bill, the person will work/volunteer for 5 hours x $10 = $50.00
